Yep - and we won't be able to change this within the 100yrs, no matter what amount of money we send there. The problem is bit more complex. In fact I think i have a model to solve the problem - but unfortunately it can't be realized for ethical and political reasons - and therefore I just don't give a crap about it. Sorry.
