Not really the right thread for this but oh well...

Not that I know of. From what i've heard every copy will be the same except language of coarse. Nobody gets any special treatment, or any 'extra' special treatment i should say. We are all so spoiled i swear...

You shouldn't regret asking a legitimate question. I'm the same I like historical acuracy and it would be nice to have acurate german planes without modding skins, but to change the game for every single countries own laws would be expensive so they must go with a version that suits all. It is just unfortunate that the laws of a couple of countries end up dictating what the whole world can see, as that is not their intent.

Now i'm sure you will be able to add custom skins, and acurate German plane skins will be some of the very first mods made for CoD no doubt because of this issue. Thats got to be a good thing huh?

Yea that's definitely going to be one of the first mods to come around for this. It's really one of the only things that needs modding at this point IMO, everything else looks great! And the first couple patches should clear things up as far whats been left out.. (like the weather system that everyones been moaning about). People need patience

It's the same foolish restriction which IL-2 had. I'll wait, before buying, the week or two or three until the Modders do what 1C feels it cannot do legally... If it takes months, I'll still wait. Modders to the rescue again!
