Well I guess it doesnt matter where the file is just do it like Nat_Crelk posted:

1. Clean 7.62
2. unofficial patch 1.06
3. BSM 1.5
4. Run PatchMe.bat

and the PatchMe.bat is inside the unofficial patch folder/package.

Plus : there is a Win 7 Fix.
It's in the Unofficial Pack or in BSM 1.5 pack.
