I just wish we could get some audio in an update and any info on how positional - and dynamic - sound is handled. This was one of the most glaring deficiencies in IL2 although understandable to some extent due to the widely varying implementations for handling sound in the industry.

I'm sure it will be much improved and knowing Oleg have some innovative features in the new sound engine.

Beautiful shots Oleg, thanks. I love Fridays.

The airfields are going to be so much more immersive now. I'm sure that windsock has some wind in it too. Can't wait to get my hands on this.

Hmmm... S9 code on the Bf110s. -> Erprobungsgruppe 210, later Schnellkampfgeschwader 210, Zerstörergeschwader 1

Great news about finally getting a release update and some offical information. Really looking forward to that.
The shots look lovely, my pc & Joystick are probably gonna melt with happiness the day i put the SOW disk in the drive

Looks great, especially the Spits. I hope the final version has some people in it. They don't have to move but it would be better and more natural looking than empty chairs, cars, tractors, etc.

Mind you - it was impressive back in 2001!
