Key problem with 4.10

I use a Logitech G-15 key board and previously the EX110 keyboard and had the same problem.

I just mapped a different key and problem solved. But there probably is a proper fix for it.

I also have noticed that even typing on these message boards etc. when using the "" key I have to hit the space bar after typing the " or ' `keys.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is a very drastic step. I'll see what I can find out.

Its normal that if you use those markings that you have to push space to make them apear by them selfs because normaly you use them ontop of a letter like sò or sö etc. thats why you have to hit Space to bring up the symbol by it self, that goes for the `~ ^ ' " symbols.

Still those key should work fine wen there set to a Controle option, as ` is Default to bring up Chat in IL2.

Sinds your saying you got the same isue with your Logitech Keyboard also im gonna give my old Keyboard a shot later this week thats still laying at my moms place to see if thay also has this isue, What i than do not understand though, is Why it Changes in the midle of playing/flying?

I still hope someone knows how to fix this problem with out remaping etc.

I had my settings as English(Australia) - US International and when I changed it to English (Australia) - US it appears as now I can use the ` ' keys with out having to hit another key or use the space bar.

I too am using W7 64 bit home Premium.

Its not related to that at all, the "`" and "=" are changed sudenly mid game to "Kanji" and "@", thats the problem here.

Wen i type in chat they apear normal, but wen i enter the Controles configuration In Game, and try to Reset the Key they apear Wrong as "Kanji" and "@"

I want to know Why/How this is posible from working fine like normal, to no longer working in the middle of a game, and how to fix/prevent this from happening.

(p.s. if i change my Languadge setting for the Keyboard from US-International to Nederlands (Dutch) the "`" key changes to "@" and the "=" to "°")

I got it fixed, dont ask me why or how but this is the Fix:

Go into your Device Manager and look for Human Input Devices, if theres a InfraRed HID device there Disable it.
Depending on what the Device is you might not be able to Disable it under HID, but you need to look for it under USB, Multimedia, Etc. Etc. than, and Disable it there. (Do NOT Unistall/Remove)

This also fixes the Crysis Console problem where the Console wont open anymore if you press the key that should be asigned to that (`~)
