Lets do a basic thing here.

1. Was IL2 1946 running ok before you put the new Graphics card in ?

2. Is this a new Win 7 installation and new IL2 installation ?

3. If number "2" Has IL2 been patched correctly v4.07 > v4.08 > v4.09 > v.4.10

Just trying to get an idea what's going on

Assuming you have a clean IL2 1946 no mods

Download v 4.10 and reinstall you have probably got a corrupted DL

If your problems began after installing the new patch, as Alpha says above, it would suggest to me that you have a corrupted DL. Perhaps downloading using the torrent link available would be better? They are normally pretty good. Takes a little longer to DL sometimes, but if it works, I would go for it.

1: yep, it may even have run shortly on the new card for one mission or so.

2: clean win7 , with all the latest updates in. I keep a clean system

3: Kept a clean 4.09 around for the specific purpose of mod pack testing and this patch.

4: tried to reinstall and patch of my original 1946 but that didn't even work anymore so, now I have a system with no Il2 on it.....
