They released the 2nd beta about 3 weeks ago.

so, any chance to get the final patch before new year's eve?
I'm constraining myself from playing this game again because the patch seems to bring very nice changes.

patch has been released for steam games, everything seem to work normally, support for widescreen, a few fixes here and there, but now the game crashes when triying to look at the "Runic armor" talent of the rune mage, happens to someone else?

Crashes for me too. I restored from an old saved game though. I wonder if it makes a difference, but I doubt it. I can't believe the patch is somewhat Dead on Arrival for this one.
