I just checked my last playthrough and I got only 90. Didn't do the mage's tower in Debir, but don't remember if that's even a quest.

Gamebanshee only has 88, if I counted correctly: http://www.gamebanshee.com/kingsboun...alkthrough.php

So obviously I'd like to know as well.
