Serious Problem In Men Of War Multiplayer

This is a disgrace! This would never ever happen with a western developed game. Today I played a game on MoW, then tried to play another and found that the server was down. This is unacceptable. MoW's multiplayer is already largely inferior to other game's in terms of features. The friends list system is a joke, there are no chat channels.

Now this.

MoW needs to take some notes from WCIII, which has the best multiplayer function out of all the RTS' around. Patches should be auto updates, there needs to be better friends lists, better chat options, PMing in particular is extremely inadequate, a good Clan system would be nice, Private channels and a built in clan ranking system is needed. (Clan leaders should be able to choose between Red Army, Heer, US Army, British Army and IJA ranks for their clan)
