He explained it in the "Truck Mods" thread. You have to read these threads/sections so he doesn't have to repeat himself in a picture thread.

Just go to the "Truck Mod" thread. There are several members that are doing this with good "How To" instructions. If you have a problem with any of these just PM them, and I'm sure they would be glad to help. I think there are 4 of them that are making truck skins, and they're all nice eye-candies.
