Great guide Mitra.
I got real warfare 1242, and as your addendum mentioned I unlocked the old campigns, and also I enable the behead and blood scenes, but after this I got some performance issue (lower fps) and some crashes, is that normal?

I tested it again, I think it is not because of the blood setting I changed, it is just sometimes the game get slow and crashes, don't know really what is causing this.

Yes but only once during one battle. Other crashes I had was in Blood always in second french battle before starting the loading.
