There may be other reasons that modders could not join your stock server. For instance, if you were hosting the Okinawa map, modders could not join, due to the fact that they edited the default Okinawa maps.

Just FYI, using CRT will not HELP anyone to join your server. It will only ELIMINATE a certain percentage of players from joining.
