Pleasure mate:

A5 is unlocked after the Korsun Pocket mission 'The Dogfight'
D9 is unlocked after the Battle of the Bulge mission 'The Battle of Bastogne'
F8 is unlocked by winning 4 CTA or strike missions with the Stuka D3( which you unlock by winning I think 3 strikes with the Stuka B2)
