Any way to rebind the free camera control button?

If you press numpad number buttons you can change rotation, zoom and tilt etc.

Yea I tried using them but they are incrediably awkard and you can't get the exact angle you want

Mouse wheel is best especially in direct control when you quickly need to rotate the camera to where you are aiming. Any modders know where the userconfig is kept, maybe i can edit the controls there.
