Not enough experience points

is it possible to make perks cost less Exp points? like changeing FTU werhouse perk from 75 to 20 or somethin smaller?

..\Data\Scripts\include\PilotProperties.script. Perk is called Black_Market e.g.

75 is your number

I don't know if it works with started game.
