what is the offical name of this new sim?

You never got back to me.... as you have seen in my many posts I beleive that SOW will be released around March next year something you have constantly disagreed with, if you care to change your bet beginning of march next year then your on.

lol, heres the bet take it or leave it, march 2011 release date, Ive quoted this date many many times, and you have constantly refuted any date other than a release this year. Now if the busiest of all Oleg's butthole cleanser's will not take a bet for march next year then what does that tell the rest of us.

I think what this post tells us is how little respect you have for anyone who doesn't share your obsession, Tree. Frankly, I find your endless droning on about how SoW:BoB isn't ready for release, and never will be, sad and probably indicative of psychological problems, or at least of a tedious existence.

Not taking sides but i believe he said march so "and never will be " is a bit of an over statement. I do not think tree's original post warranted any response from anybody who did'nt want to pick a fight to begin with.As far as pshchological problems, or at least of a tedious existence.I would'nt throw stones if I lived in a glass house. minor correction, just read the sequence of posts in this thread again, tree said "a year" initially, at which point he got called on it to put his money where his mouth was. thats when he rapidly started back pedaling to reduce the demarcation line. and just to clarify what some people take objection to with tree's deliberate constant negative postings about this project, many of which are directly insulting to the creators of this game, and on who's good graces we get gradual updates on their work (which they have no obligation to do, and it isnt "commercially" needed for them), this is the contrast in tree's behaviour:

1) a recent post of his in this same forum commenting on a single short glimpse of another flightsim product (which previously under great fanfare was dismantled and believed to be dead forever by microsoft)

the context of this all is that whatever delay's oleg is experiencing in the last yrs, which are not deliberate or by his neglect , his intention all along being to make the best possible sim he can given the resources he has to work with. if anything, his decision to not further evolve the il2 game engine and stretch it further, but make a completely different product "from the ground up" will be to all our benefit in the end, as most of us will very soon realize. so to constantly have this "slighted bride" behavior from tree is irrational, say it once that you are disappointed sure, but to CONSTANTLY do so for several yrs in most of the flightsim forums is just infantile (hence he gets treated as such, since he seems to only be able to communicate at that level), and for him to do so here so consistently and deliberately is plain offensive and rude to the creators

sadly for you its an easy to follow record here, you are the one that put up the initial date, not me, i just called you on it. simple and easy, just reread the posts in this thread.

and adding personal insults in an attempt to change the topic is not surprising from you either
