Hey guys. I have one question. What happens when i reject (click N) sidemission (cargo or package delivery mission) from caller (over CB)? It appears somewhere again or disappears forever? Thanks.

I have never seen a side mission asked a second time if refused the first time.

Maybe you know how much time is needed to travel (with cargo) from Redding to Bishop?

It is possible complete all sidemissions?

That depends on your speed. As it would to get anywhere on the map.

I don't beleive you can complete every single side mission. Some come up that will force you to cancel one, or ask you to cancel one.
