Chassis upgrade bug?

I tried to buy a chassis upgrade two times now. The titan chassis for a Hercules Atlas. But after the first time i bought it. And went to a repair shop. The chassis was gone And I could spent another 30-40g. But after the second time it was gone again + my money. huh?

Is there going to be released a DLC?
