Australia gets 40+ C days regularly during summer, even in the southern states. Busfires are a part of life here, it's bad to hear this sort of result in moscow. Drought weather has just moved on from down here after about 5+ years. Guess it's the northern hemispheres turn. And the cycles just keep on turning......

Actually its not warming, its cooling. And it is natural, humans don't have anything with it (no mater how that can hurt the ego).
That knows everyone who reads books and don't just watch CNN (not to mention loads of free books on the internet). Unfortunately not all the people have hardware to process it. This winter we will fly BoB-SoW in very, very cold rooms. http://www.homepage.montana.edu/~geo...1/milankov.htm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milankovitch_cycles http://www.eoearth.org/article/Milankovitch,_Milutin |

The earth does warm up, newest studies confirm it's 50% man made - but still, the climate could swing the other way whenever it likes. There is no standard climate on this planet, nor was it ever normal to have both polar caps covered with ice. Remember "Ötzi"? This guy walked over green passes in 3000m altitude. That was just 8000 years ago. |

An OT thread gone OT, impressive OTness!
Especially when playing with topics as flammable as global warming and religion. C'mon let's dump this stuff. |

I just hope Moscow's (and all effected areas) troubles end as soon as possible. The situation there makes for sad reading. All the best to them, and the sooner the better.
Flyby out
