Maybe its the same problem like mine.

Look at their loyality when you hired them. If the bar for their loan is on auto, it could be, that their loyality is zero and they quit immediatly.
And to pay them the loan for their loyality, their income will be only 50% in course of their loan.

Is possible how is with other trucks, which be truck used different items will be on different garages, is thing only to search it with great patience!...

I have made several travels and sttoping on several garages didn't find any double gas tank item. Is possible how is with other trucks, each truck has its items on different repair buildings where has them the other trucks. Or being russian version I didn't see that item on any repair buildings visited!...
Basically that was my answer over detail of double gas tank. I hope that you can understand it correctly now!...

Lolsmurf, more or less that is the idea, but putting a few detail. When I put over other trucks have their items on different service buldings, I put that phrase how affirmative detail, proved by me, with default Agressor and other truck which has the ACC automatic speed on service building of start city!...
