When you travel outside your zone of influence with a load you obtained from within your zone of influence you will always come back empty. This holds true for your hired drivers. The programs warns you of this when you attempt to do it in your warehouse. Therefore if it happens to you, it will also happen to your drivers. When I start out with a small zone of influence I usually set the drivers to short/medium distance until I get more office's. I hope I got this right, and it helped you. |

can someone clarify if having the trucks you give to your hired drivers maxed out makes any difference to how much they earn or could you just give them base models, the reason why i ask this is because it takes a fair bit of cash to buy a truck and then max it out,now according to the planning screen in your office under the global stats section if you click on the little box in the bottom left hand corner it tells you about the california golden carrier thingy that basically says whoever signs upto all the warehouses ie gets 100% coverage you get the title and a big reward,so basically its going to take me forever to get loads of drivers to have enough turnover to get all the offices and all the other companies are way way in front, example;storm already have 25 drivers and 75% coverage so does it make any difference if your drivers have maxed out trucks or not, hope anybody reading this understands what i mean...

Maybe its the same problem like mine.
Look at their loyality when you hired them. If the bar for their loan is on auto, it could be, that their loyality is zero and they quit immediatly. And to pay them the loan for their loyality, their income will be only 50% in course of their loan. |

USA trucker you have put a previous reply to mark39 putting detail to acquire double gas tank. Having made several travels I have not seen that double gas tank until now. Is possible how is with other trucks, which be truck used different items will be on different garages, is thing only to search it with great patience!...

Not sure what you mean by the term "released". The money you see in your journal, or your office is the money you have from all branches in total, including the drivers working for you. Unless you mean the drivers that are heading to a warehouse, and have not delivered their loads yet.
