I found how to make new sirens and give the AI cars and trucks new better sounds, it may take a while to find the sounds on internet but it is easy

I already changed the police siren and it sounds 50000 times better now

You can also adapt more things like rain intensity etc...

Can you give us what you have thus far?

The sounds are easy to replace you just put your file in and rename it to what the files name was originaly or thats the way i think it is. And the wather and things is just in simple text files cant remember exactly but I think it;s INI files

What I meant was does he, or you have some examples that we can hear/see. Some of the things that you guys think are good that you want to share with us.

How to do it would help those that need it also.

yeah I ll upload the police sirens if you want, then you just place them in the right folder( make sure you guys make a back up)

Perhaps other people who have time and are patient and who might have the good sounds for the trucks too ?

The sounds are all here C:\Program Files\1C\RigNRoll\Data\Wav you would make your own then replace the file you want it to be and the weather is C:\Program Files\1C\RigNRoll\Data\Weather you would edit the text files but I don't really want to play about with them. Thats as far as my knowledge goes and it's probly not 100% correct
