Just ignore those line you can't read. They are the function which are not important and I decide to give up. I don't use google translator to do the job is because the translation qulity from chinese to english is horrible......

Can someone please tell me how to add ability and lvl to summoned phoenix?

Units gain personal exp during battles,and keep it for next one. Phoenix is a SPELL and is used every battle anew. Meaning it doesnt keep anything from previous battles. But you can make it stronger with hero intellect , like any other spell (fireball, heal, lightning etc).
