Go to your 1C directory (most likely in your C Drive under program files). Click on RingnRoll. Check the files to your left, and you will see the manual in PDF format. Do you have Adobe PDF? You need this to read it. Adobe PDF is free everywhere.

Ah yes thanks m8 i not one to read the manual and i totally forgot about it
i see now ctrl+tab,thanks for the help,also m8 will the siren mod that is for the cop cars does this work on the english version?hopefully more mods come out for it

I really don't play around with mods, unless I have a need to. So, I couldn't answer that.
