I tested this driver (Catalyst 10.4 preview Driver) http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles...-4-Hotfix.aspx but still the same.
I know its only a BFBC2 Fix driver but you never know.  I keep testing some "beta" drivers and will make a post as soon as something will change.

Nope this driver does not fix the problem at the moment.

The driver issue is in good hands guys, just wait. Do not expect every driver release to have a solution. I would wait for the official release notes stating it. It can take more or less time to pinpoint the issues reported, but they are working on it. So patience
