where do you find heavy weapons?

I only saw them in smugglers station (stations with a skull icon) so far, haven't bought the FTU warehouse perk yet so i don't know about it.

there are alot of heavy caliber guns (mind you that the only realy work vs buildings or big ships, and as first shot vs fighter groups)

there in cashes thats where i got my first one
