Yeah they were some good games, Winny and shadowcorp (man, you're a beast with that alien)
 The demo has some serious lobby issues - you can't join a game in progress, so it seems to keep you waiting between games for a while, but if you get a big enough group of friends the waiting is vastly reduced. My favourite is the marine - just give me a pulse rifle, a motion tracker and something that screams when I shoot it. Sweet. I can't get to grips with the style of play required for the alien. And running on the walls is pretty hit and miss. But others seem to love it, and I certainly get killed by it a lot. Same for the predator - it's good when (if) I can find the shoulder cannon, that thing owns. But I'm not a fan of first-person melee combat. But all in all the 3 species seem really well balanced. And the sound effects are spot on. Definite buy for me. I wasn't impressed with my first game (as an alien), but the more I play it, the more I love it. Definitely looking forward to Infestation mode. And the single player. And ranked matches. Oh my - can't wait. EDIT: Just found my mate captured a game after Winny had left. Shadowcorp is in there as a predator, and you can see him rip someone's spine out right near the end. There's also a sweet view of me (as a marine) getting jumped by 2 aliens. Nice vid Infinite!
Saw that you were playing last night. Im loving the demo, its epicly great! I've been active over at the AvP.net forums lately so i had to download it, i've gotten pretty good with the Alien, i've played with pred twice and is by far the most fun to play. Another thing, you may be shocked at how long it took me to download the bloody thing, 8 hours! rediculous However i will be looking out for you guys playing it, and if you are in matchmaking, send me an invite, id love to play with afew of you Il-2 guys Good Hunting

I've just read that they are going to patch the AvP demo. To fix the matchmaking.
Going back to the Original post. Is it ironic that I'm posting about a patch for a demo when the IL-2 is still waiting for one for the full game? Or is it just slightly depressing? (sorry for reminding you xboxers)
