Patch Guide for installing 1.16.4

hi, if I manually install the patch 1.16.4 on steam version of the game, I've got an error when a mp game start: i'm kicked with this error "cd:0". Can you help me? Thanks
with vanilla version of steam (1.11.3) i haven't got any error.

Is the mow version already 1.11.3 on steam ?
