Probably a noob question

I tried starting it every way, it wont load I just get an error message and that annoying error sound plays.

- MoW Version (DVD, Download or Steam) ?
- Error Message ?
- what have y done after installing original game?
- last entries in Log File (... my documents/my games/men of war/log/game.log)

Ight I just installed 1.16.4, but it says I'm still on 1.11.4

y must start outfront_mp.exe (only for multiplayer) to get 1.16.4.
y'll find outfront_mp.exe in maindirectory from installed game.

when y start outfront_mp.exe 1st time, y must create/write gameprofile/settings/cd-key new again.

other way:
- start outfront_mp.exe
- exit game
- copy all files from
.../my documents/my games/men of war/... to
.../my documents/my games/outfront2 a2/...
- start outfront_mp.exe
- connect to multiplayer
- enter cd-key (possible needed)
- play game
