Thanks Kozzmo,
(just read your plans) We are now working on the defense. I will post week1 Briefings before tuesday, as soon as you guys see them posted you may begin the matches. The objective to capture Italy was to either kill all sent manpower or reach 6 wins (since it was inaguration week and the Territory started neutral, the team with the most amount of wins or least amount of deaths would win) So, USSR owns Italy's Territory.
