I don't know Foz, if he has the bird fan trophy then he must have all planes. If there are no padlocked weapon sets in the hanger then he must have all weapons too? I don't think anybody on xbox has the weapon collector achievment as the P-51D bombs are impossible to get.

It could be a new bug I guess. Check again the hangers for locked weapons. There was a guy on here a few days ago that had just got a platinum for BoP so it isn't imposible. Don't know what else to say, except you wont get any help from a developer here anymore.

i get what your saying mate yeah. They have it easier now though with the patch so things will be much quicker for them to unlock. Maybe the update screwed him over somewhere with one of his loadouts?

One of the planes (russian i think) actually has a loadout in the hanger twice, but not the loadout listed on here (if i remember correctly)

The Bird Fan and Test Pilot trophies popped when they were supposed to, I've checked off every weapon loadout twice using the list on this site, and spent 20 minutes making sure there are no padlocks, have definately unlocked all weapon loadouts.
Before the update, all the unlocks were unlocking as the first list said,then afterwards they were unlocking just as the second list said, so the glitch has come out of nowhere (I have all weaponss for P-51 B and P-51 D btw)

Thanks for the replies, do you think I could email/phone a developer or Sony (very long shot...) to get the trophy unlocked? I've put 60 hours into the game and really would hate to see the platinum glitched

I have the platinum, so I don't think the trophy is glitched, unless you are incredibly unlucky.

How I used to check was by going into an online game by myself and checking each plane and loadout against the list. I did it that way because quite often the string was too long for other windows (i.e. training set up). But in an MP lobby, you can see the whole string in the bottom left. For instance, on the IL2 there would be 3 or so loadouts ending ...x8 RS-...

TBH I didn't know it showed all loadouts in the hangar - I hate going there because of the load every plane change.

I did exactly as you said, checked all the weapon loadouts individually...every single weapon loudout was there, bar two anomalies (this is what it appears as on my version, triple checked them character for character)

P-51D-5
6 machine guns, 2 x 250 lb bombs (it's actually 2 x 1000 lb )
Kill 1 ground targets in Online Strike games on P-51D-5
Destroyed 1 more after unlocked 2 x 2000 lb, no unlock or collector trophy

IL-10
3 machine guns, 2 cannons, 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 (actually 2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82)
(2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82, appears twice for some reason...)
Win 5 Online games on IL-10

i.e: For me there is no 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loadout on the IL-10, I presume the second 2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loadout (the one at the very bottom) is where it should be.

won another 9 games with the IL-10, still no unlock or collector trophy

This may be the problem, my game needs the 2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loadout to be changed to the 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loadout otherwise it thinks I still have 1 more weapon loadout (the 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82) to unlock to earn the weapon collector trophy)


Someone could confirm this by answering me this: on the IL-10, what are YOUR 4th and 7th loadouts (the default without bombs/rockets is the 1st loadout)

If your game shows the last loudout as the 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loudout, that's probably my problem
If, for the last loudout, it repeats the 2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loudout for the second time like on mine and you managed to get the weapon collector/platinum, I don't know what to do.

The IL10 setup is FUBAR.

Their should be three loadouts with 50kg bombs, but on the actual game theirs only two! and four with 100kg bombs, because two of the four are identical -

2x 100kg bomb, 4x rs-82 rockets.

the above loadout is in the list twice and shouldnt be. So this could be your prob. But.. to get all of the loadouts just means winning games, the highest being 40. So regardless you should of unlocked the other set (2x 50kg bomb, 4x rs-82 rocket)

To cut a long story short mate... i've no idea what the prob is. I'll look into it further for you.

I had no problems earning this trophy at all.
My IL-10 list also shows the 2 x 100kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 loadout twice, just like yours. I think they just made a little mistake naming it, but they should probably be 2 x 50 kg bombs, 4 x RS-82 and act like that.

I earned the platinum of BoP before the update though. So, one possibility might be that the update glitched the trophy. I really hope for you it didn't, but you might want to see if anyone can confirm that they were able to earn the trophy after the update.

(I'm not sure if you unlocked it prior to the update or after, InfiniteStates? I remember seeing you a lot when I was flying online, so I'm guessing it might have been before.)
