I might join your tournaments in the future, But that depends on when the 360 patch arrives.

What.... no Bf-110 C-4 allowed??

It is a FIGHTER, though more of a bomber killer than a dogfighter.

So far I've managed to make more kills in simulator (forward guns only) than any other fighter type.

The tally so far reads:

9 x alsorted Spitfires
1 x Bf 109 E-4 in a head on (dumb smuck!!)
1 x MC-202 "Folgore"
4 x B-17

I've also chewed up quite a few other fighters only to have the kill stolen from me by some single engined "team mate".

I've no idea if the patch will sort out the incorrect performance. I'm lucky to see 262 MPH on WEP rather than the true to life 362 MPH. During the Battle Of Britain, the Bf-110 C-4 was the fastest fighter involved. It's rate of climb is legendary.

The Bf-110 C-4 isn't everyone's cup of tea, having a whole new set of flying skills to master (power drifting the tail, etc.) as a twin engined fighter, but both different and interesting to fly in simulator or any mode.

I reposted your original post on my squad's site. Hopefully that'll get you a few more players. I assume that missing the qualifying round won't be too big of a deal since you havent had 16 players sign up.

You ARE joking right? the 110?? Who are you flying it against? 'cos any sim player who has any skill at all will absolutly murder even the most skilled pilot if he's in a Bf110. You may get a kill now and then but your death rate will be sky high.

THE 110 during the battle of britain was only faster than the hurricane, not the spitfire. But both the hurricane and spitfire had better acceleration and more agility.

The 110 was a huge target to see and shoot at and the rear gunner was pretty much useless, though on occasion did what it had to.

The 110 was withdrawn from the battles in 1940 over england because of increasing losses.

Now.... taking it online in birds of prey sim mode.....

the greatest pilot online is even asking for trouble if he flies this crate. Its extremely easy to shoot down, easy to catch and weak in defence. Good armament though i'll give it that.

IF i had to use this.... it would be in strike and soley to take down the B17.
