No they're not Mirage's. Figured that out because I figured, they had to be some kind of Eastern European nation. Which during the cold war (which these jets seem to be from) all had that Soviet-esque look. Well they may not be directly Soviet produced, constructed, or planned out. But they are Eastern European. Which miraculously, wouldn't be such a bad jet to try and fly. I think, it was actually one of Romania's last home grown jets because afterwards, they mainly stuck with Soviet ingenuity like the MiG-21, MiG-25, etc.
