How about you and I choose teams? like first captain second captain? I will fly for the UK, you fly for the USSR (as this was your choice). You get first pick. Just let me first consider what teams some participants have chosen.

* To all, dont think I favor kozzmo, but this guy I trust knows who flies how and I know he will help me keep teams even.
