The engines on the Canberra are not small....the wing is BIG. I've always thought the Canberra was extremely good lookin' and bad-assed It flew with the RAF until 2006 and a handful are still in service today with various other nations. Gotta love that.

until recently i always saw the canberra flying over my house, it was easy to spot as it has huge wings and they were black and yellow!! was a pretty sight.

Now i just get buzzed by the damn eurofighter typhoon every 20 seconds!! night and day.

Actually the engines on the canberra ARE thinner than the Meteors. The Canberra was the first British plane to use axial flow engines as opposed to the Meteors old centifugal engines.
