If you pull to many negative g-forces the engine might stop (if the fuel is fed into the engine by gravity). In other words, don't pull down too hard when you are going fast.

I think it only happens with some of the planes, though. Haven't actually tested them all in-game.

some engines die from overuse too. try keeping WEP usage down to a minimum and <90% for the most part
