Didn't Silence get 6 more points at the end of week 2?

I'm trying to figure out whether it's better for me if steyr_amr wins or loses... whether silence has 10 points or 16 points might make a difference

yes, silence has 16 points. I have not posted the updated group stats or points yet.

(Silence needs to at least win 3 and tie 1 of his 4 matches from week 3 so that he ends up in 2nd place of Group A, If he wins 3 and looses 1 then whoever has the best kill/death difference, between you and him, gets second place)

yes, that's not what matters to me though, it's more about the bracketing in the elim round, if things go as expected. Though steyr_amr might lose, which complicates things.

On another note, I don't know how many dogfights you've done since the patch, but the realistic g-forces are going to drastically affect tactics, in particular, there is going to be no more winning dogfights by turning 10-second multiple yo-yos at 350kph nor zooming vertical and pulling a low-radius gravity turn to get the quick angles.

Since it is now so much more realistic, I urge that this tournament be postponed for 1 week or so so that everyone can get used to flying the new planes and figuring out their best control scheme. Otherwise there are gonna be a lot of unconscious pilots out there

Just finished a match with Edal, and from my experience, black-outs in game are far from black-outs... The edges of your screen goes black and the center gets slightly shaded... I took an I-153 at 55- km/h and pulled back on the stick as hard as I could and still couldn't fully black-out, which makes me think it's impossible to actually black-out...

Blackouts will make games more exciting, however, since you dont completely blackout and loose control of your plane like in the pc version I dont think it will make much difference.

What I am worried about is the flight stick control layout, it seems lilke some players are having trouble with this. (Maninovka told me that it is very different and he has to get used to it, he lost against olife by a 7 point difference in both games)

Anyone has this problem, or had it but has now solved it? please help each other

You do lose sight of the target and ground though - it does make a difference IMO. But everyone is in the same boat so...

yeah, silence beat me in both matches... that accounts for the 6 points.

edit: 2 seconds too late.
