Switch to English language first, Shift+2 gives " in Russian keyboard layout.

Hmm... How I switch that? I try few things but I dont sure how.

easiest way:
create new *.txt file -> open with windows notepad.exe -> write @ -> mark all CTRL+A -> copy CTRL+C -> goto MoW -> insert with CTRL+V
