Haha because Hitler commanded WW2 like I play EndWar: start really well and get some early advantages. Then get over confident and try to press the advantage too far.

They also lost in world war 1 without a hitler, and Napoleon walked all over them for years.

They did however win the battle of Teutoburg forest.
