It was right around 8 or 9pm gmt, 12 to 1pm in the western US.
I think the busiest time is when it's evening east of the Atlantic, and morning or early afternoon west of it. Except for poor Australia, Siberia and Japan, who have the Pacific in the way.
About the cta rounds, I found out it's best when there's 8 players to have more than one airfield, unless you want the round to be a comedy.
