No, I'm just thinking because my save has mission progress for the DLC which might confuse your game. But it might not... the dev's are good engineers so I would think it will cope.

It worked but - it recognised that it was not my data and said i wont be able to save or earn new trophies... Ohh well! Ill just have to start again if i want the plat for it..

What you could try, is keep the file I sent, but delete it from your PS3, start a new save and check the filename against the one I sent you. If it's different, change the file I sent you to the same as your new one. Then try again. Worth a try I guess... I don't know what mechanics are in place to stop trophy cheating.
