Yes, all crashes count as kills. By the way, Mirgervin is the only participant on the UK group to have completed his 4 weekly matches.
Also, you are not save yet, you will have to fight him before the Group Stage is over.

Yes, I will fix the (kills - deaths) in case of any tie on the group standings, the standings or statistics that I posted are not final because there are still some matches pending for week 1.
Also, your opponent reported that you used a Spitfire XVI, however, I will give you benefit of the doubt. (Please be specific everone, when reporting planes with the results, help me on that please)
