What is the most up to date IL-2 PC sim?

Some questions here:

1. When I fly the Bf-109's, the position were he's sitting seems wrong... Like the aiming reticle is too far to the right. How can I fix this?
2. When flying the B-25, how do I get into the bombing mode. I no on the Pe bombers I press "C", but that doesn't work for the B-25...
3. How do you use the map fricken impossible to read the damn thing... haha.
4. In the conrtols, it says press F2 for external view, F4 for fly-by view, etc. These do not work. How come?
