tried to get my girlfriend to play, just a basic flight in a il2 so she could get use to the controls. it was arcade. she crashed.

"Strap" her into a Yak-1!!!!! Do you have a airplane stick? We do, and that's what got me good at the controls. I couldn't do anything with the PS3 controller.

If you are looking for female pilots, play sim ranked dogfights i have female players in my room all most every night i hosted games. And they are good to. I had one to wup my butt with a JU87. That reminds me i have not played in a couple of week got to get back in playing.
