Im confused by this question.

If it was the first "ace" then maybe someone during the spanish civil war? but that doesnt count as WW2 does it so that cant be right.

If its the overall top soviet ace by the end of the war then that erm.....

If the question, is who was the first Russian Ace. Then it's my answer. But if it's the highest scoring Russian Ace, then it's Ivan Nikitovich Kozhedub aka "Ivan the Terrible".
