How exactly did we go from:
hurri vs spit IX and 109 G
to
hurri vs spit mk II and 109 E-3 (1940 planes)
to
hurri/spit vs 109 E3 (luftwaffe vs RAF)
??

No idea how we went from one extreme to the other. Though as a side note...the 1940 set up does work a few of us from this forum tried it (the post regarding the game is here somewhere), it was a very close few games. I think out of 3 games it was 2-1 to the RAF.

I was just planning on shooting down that hurri of yours with my La-7 or spit IX. That was you initial post, and that got my attention . You said the hurri owns online (thread title), and you were talking about flying against later year planes.

I just wanted to prove you wrong there . Just wanted to pick a La-7 or spit and bring down that reign of the hurri

I was thinking of a normal 1945 game (no jets), limited ammo + fuel, dover. you and robotic pope in you supreme hurri's, and me and seraph in our nimble la-7 or spit ix.

But I see this is not the topic anymore . I'll just keep on waiting for the patch then

Dont start... you make me cry!
There is no news what so ever on the release date of the patch. Wich is just frustrating to say at least. If I knew the patch would come next week, I would play now. But Ive got tired of waiting without news/hope, no date, week or even month to look out for.

I suppose it is in the hands of MS and sony now, so it will most likely come within a week or 3. But who knows, mightbe tomorrow, might be next year for all we know

Understandable.

I think both need to be released together though on each console. It was similar to another game. It had issues and took a while (think it was mercenaries 2??) to get patched, well it went through certification with MS but the patch couldnt be done until SONY sorted it at their end...taking even longer. I could be very wrong here though.


Point is.... i play this game with friends. Friends who love COD4, so MW2 is the next big thing to them. When its released i will no doubt be making the journey over their with them. Would just like to see some life brought back into this game before MW2 is released.

Im a patient man though, im sure i'll still be here lnog after MW2 is released. I enjoy flying to much haha

Me too, but the question is: will other people?
There are no games to find as it is, and the longer it takes, the more the online play of this game will die .
Good thing is you only need 6-8 people to have fun games, so hopefully some regular playing gamers from my time zone, will stay and play this game. But with the current lobby system, 6-8 people wont be enough, unless they time their gaming moments perfectly
