never tryd the fall back option yet ill try that too to see if they use smoke but i suspect that you have to lay down the smoke first then give the fall back option

allso i think it has something to do with the roe if they are weapons free they will keep engaging the enemy instead of what you have told them on the mission where you have to follow the general around my men kept giving our postion away but after i changed the roe to hold fire they did as told and stayed put ..

have you played much on multiplayer yet ??? i played a few games last night but nobody spoke to each other much kinda defeate the object if you ask me if you talk to each other and coordinate your attack/defence this game could be so much more

Just wanted to say thanks guys, reading this thread convinced me to pick this game up and I'm enjoying every minute of it, even when I'm dying and swearing a lot.

i always have the roe set hold fire anyways so it aint that.and you dont have smoke grenades your fire team is ment to..does anyone else feel like we are bugtestin this game for codemasters instead of them?

For those with the game wondering about bug fixes and a patch, dont worry. As a long time Codemasters customer I know from past experience that Codies will indeed patch the game to remove critical flaws.

I know a few people were bitching about GRID patches, as the final one is still not released yet. However, Codies have had a LOT of work on there plate up to this point, what with OF;DR, DiRT2, and the new Formula One game they are making. Now that the two big hitters are out, the dev team can get down to patching them a lot quicker than some might expect.
