Any Spit will outturn any 109 anyday. Sorry to say, but the 109 is not much of a T&B, so 1v1 is not a smart thing to do in it, unless you're up against an A-20.

they did tests in the early 1940s and concluded that the Spitfire could out turn the 109 while the Hurricane could out turn the spitfire.

the 109 on the other hand had a higher top speed than the spitfire at all altitudes and had a higher rate of roll.
