Question About IL-2 Stalingrad

I realize that 1C did not produce BOS, but it is published by them, correct? If so, can anyone help me with a problem. I've bought the sim on Steam, and now I can't get on to the IL-2 website to activate it. Is the site down, does anyone know? Maybe someone with 1C can help me out. I'm getting a bit frustrated and , frankly, don't know where else to turn. My last resort, I suppose, will be to see if Steam will refund my money.
