Dual Core Support

I've checked "search" and do not see any threads on this topic. If I missed one I'm sorry if this repeats a question. I have the Intel dual core X6800 CPU. I have read that in SHOWWII and also FOW that there is no dual support and that no patches were ever made or will be made for this issue. Does anyone know if MOW will support dual core processors? On another front, I have dual boot with XP and Vista with 8800gtx SLI, so was wondering if MOW will be supporting DX10? Can't seem to find any of this information on any of the previews or write ups. Thanks for any help.
